De Wet Jewellers is a family owned business and first opened their doors in 1961. Neels De Wet started his business as a Manufacturing Jeweller in the City Centre of Pretoria. As the business grew, Neels together with his wife, Chrissie opened their very first retail store in 1979. The aim was to build an already recognized name in custom made jewellery by supplying unique, high quality products and services to its customers.
Today De Wet Jewellers is still a family run business and has become synonymous as a trusted jeweller in the community. A second generation has stepped up to the challenge for the past 40 years as well as a third generation influence of enthusiasm & creativity with a very 'hands-on' approach. Neels` daughter Marie together with her own daughter Megan are currently part of the management team.
